Qualifications :
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Basic technical knowledge, especially related to hardware products, is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities :
Respond to customer calls, assisting with order placement, product questions, and general inquiries
Communicate order updates and guide customers through next steps
Enter purchase orders into the system and send confirmations
Use multiple software tools to ensure accurate and efficient order handling
Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to support timely order fulfillment
