Role and business area

Role : Manager, Product Engineering (Prod Dev) in Healthcare Engineering at Analog Devices.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Product Engineering team under Healthcare Engineering in the development of systems and modules.
• Drives for effective and efficient development of solutions for product evaluations and qualifications.
• Works in identifying business opportunities, product definition and development.
• Works in establishment of development costs, resourcing and schedule.
• Collaborates in the creation of test and measurement strategy and execution.
• Develops engineering capabilities to accelerate product development. Identifies opportunity for improvements in the development process and product life ownership.
• Fully accountable for people management : Ensures proper resourcing and loading, establishes career development plans, setting performance goals and evaluation. Responsible for hiring and pay reviews.
• Builds a team with growth mindset and a culture that fosters accountability, recognition, open communication and belonging

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and / or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
