Roche Philippines is looking for a Marketing Enabler for our Oncology team. We're moving beyond just offering world-class medicines to becoming true partners in the healthcare ecosystem, leading innovation and generating disruption to deliver better outcomes for patients, the system, and our organization, faster.
As a Marketing Enabler, you'll be a vital part of our empowered, cross-functional teams, acting as a strategic leader and marketing expert. You'll own and develop the Therapy Area (TA) Strategy for our local affiliate, translating global recommendations into comprehensive, long-term business plans that meet local needs and perform :
- Market and financial analysis
- Pricing strategy, access, and HTA / PNF strategy
- TA pipeline review and launch approaches
What You Will Be Working On
As a marketing expert and strategic leader, you will enable your assigned business teams to elevate the role Roche plays in society. By providing integrated systems thinking and leadership, you will co-create and implement strategies that deliver better outcomes for patients, the ecosystem, and Roche, faster.
Acting as a strategic network navigator, you will proactively gather insights through market reconnaissance and data analysis to identify key opportunities and gaps. You will then translate these insights into action, leading the development of all marketing and communication content—from core messaging and promotional materials to impactful customer events.

You have :
Education : A degree in Health / Medical Sciences and / or Business / Marketing or equivalentSignificant experience (5+ years) in marketing / commercial within the pharmaceutical or a related industry, with a strong understanding of the relevant codes of conductHands-on experience in digital marketing and are skilled at creating engaging omnichannel customer journeysDemonstrated ability to lead and influence, with a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders and inspiring action without direct authorityDeep passion for marketing and customer experience, with a strong history of developing and executing successful, commercially-driven strategiesStrong strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate complex customer insights and business objectives into clear, actionable plansNatural talent for collaboration and coaching, enabling others and working effectively in a networked, agile environmentExcellent project management skills and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentAbility to define and monitor measures of success (KPIs) and business performanceProficiency in English language including oral & written communicationComputer literacy and proficiency in MS Office programs, Excel, PPT, WordRoche is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
