Vietnamese Account Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Contact and train all registered clients

Provide satisfactory solution to customer issues

Increase Sales with regular follow up calls and schedule clients

Achieve individual sales target given by the company

QUALIFICATION :

At least High school graduate

Good to have knowledge in investment

Conversational level Vietnamese language proficiency required

With effective communication skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills proficiency required

Can work under pressure

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience required to effectively meet individual sales targets

Experience in TELEMARKETING / OUTBOUND / RETENTION is an advantage
