Property Head

DescriptionProperty Head is responsible for managing the operations of the property, covering all facets of property management. Responsibilities Knowledgeable enough to properly implement the Master Deed and restrictions; By Law and Articles of Incorporation of the property Prepares and implements Annual Asset plan and the corresponding OPEX and CAPEX budget covering all aspects of operations Ensures that service level commitments and deliveries by all members of the team directly responsible for managing the Assets under his department are strictly complied.Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering preferably licensed Engineer, Property Management and other related courses Atleast two (2) years related experience Familiar with all statutory regulations in property management and administration
