EV Technical Trainer

Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor’s in Automotive Tech, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or related field 3–5 years’ experience in automotive / EV maintenance; training experience preferred Knowledge of EV systems and high-voltage safety (certifications a plus) Strong communication and public speaking skills in English & Filipino
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on EV systems (batteries, drivetrains, charging, maintenance)
- Update curriculum and training materials in line with new technologies
- Support compliance with TESDA and LTO accreditation requirements
- Mentor trainers, manage schedules, and develop localized training content
- Coordinate with transport operators and partners for practical training
- Enforce safety protocols, especially for high-voltage systems
