Job description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions on EV systems (batteries, drivetrains, charging, maintenance)
  • Update curriculum and training materials in line with new technologies
  • Support compliance with TESDA and LTO accreditation requirements
  • Mentor trainers, manage schedules, and develop localized training content
  • Coordinate with transport operators and partners for practical training
  • Enforce safety protocols, especially for high-voltage systems

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Automotive Tech, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in automotive / EV maintenance; training experience preferred
  • Knowledge of EV systems and high-voltage safety (certifications a plus)
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills in English & Filipino
