Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to join our team.
The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive sales training programs for our outbound sales representatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams in a BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities : ✅ Training Program Development Design and implement engaging and effective training modules focused on outbound sales, product knowledge, customer engagement, and objection handling.
Develop role-playing exercises, simulations, and other hands-on activities to enhance learning retention.
Continuously update training content to align with client requirements and industry best practices.
✅ Sales Coaching & Support Conduct ongoing coaching sessions to reinforce sales techniques, rebuttal strategies, and closing skills.
Provide one-on-one and group coaching to address performance gaps and improve conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze call recordings to assess adherence to sales scripts and identify areas for improvement.
✅ Performance Evaluation & Reporting Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, call audits, and KPI analysis.
Identify trends in agent performance and recommend targeted interventions.
Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and agent progress.
✅ Collaboration & Communication Work closely with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Leadership teams to ensure training goals align with overall company objectives.
Act as a resource for agents and team leaders, providing ongoing guidance and support.
✅ Process Improvement Continuously refine training processes and materials to adapt to changing business needs and client expectations.
Identify knowledge gaps and recommend solutions to enhance team effectiveness.
Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Trainer or similar role within a BPO or call center environment.
Proven track record in outbound sales, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer retention strategies.
Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
Proficient in CRM systems other relevant tools.
Preferred : Familiarity with AT&T sales processes and CPNI compliance (a plus).
Experience in training on rebuttal handling and objection management.
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday Night Shift with fixed Sat and Sun Off Location : Onsite at Robinsons Equitable Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City.
