Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work to support business operations.
• Document and track daily administrative tasks; maintain organized records and files.
• Carry out essential office duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate with various departments within the company and external partners to ensure smooth communication.
• Organize and manage travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare and process important documents, including certificates, contracts, and notarization arrangements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support office operations.
