Key Responsibilities :

• Campaign Support : Assist in the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel (in-store, digital, social media, email) marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Performance Analytics : Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using relevant tools and KPIs to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
• Content Creation : Help create engaging content for digital platforms (social media, website, email marketing), including product descriptions, posts, and promotional materials. Ensuring messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
• Social Media Management : Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including content scheduling, community engagement, and campaign monitoring.
• Market Research : Help conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Data Analysis : Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborative Work : Work closely with the other departments, mall marketing teams, third-party partners, and suppliers to align marketing efforts with business goals. Coordinate and collaborate on campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
