The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire the best people, fast. This role is ideal for someone breaking into recruitment or an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s excited to hire and be a part of a high-performing team.

You'll be responsible for both sourcing great candidates and running screening calls using our proven Healf hiring framework. We'll teach you what “great” looks like and give you the tools to succeed—you’ll bring the curiosity, the work ethic, and the drive to get results fast.
