Job descriptionYou’ll be at the center of planning, coordinating, and optimizing the company's systems — from Digital and Compliance Robots to LLN and Skills platforms. It’s technical. It’s strategic. And it needs someone who thrives in the space between structure and innovation. Own the end-to-end rollout of system releases. Lead cross-functional coordination via Teams & SharePoint. Use Dynamics 365 Sales as the single source of delivery truth. Build Power Automate workflows to streamline the chaos. Ensure documentation & client communication are rock-solid before each launch. QA, test, and collaborate with the Programs Director to get things done. 5+ years in program / project management in SaaS or software delivery. Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tools. Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, AI Builder, or ChatGPT APIs. Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized with timelines. Excellent communication and coordination skills. You’ve delivered software projects, led remote teams, and improved delivery workflows through automation. You’ve made tools talk to each other and processes hum. Fast-paced but people-first. Fully remote (WFH), PH-based. Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM AEST.
