The Manager for Property Investment is responsible for generating sales, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They work directly with customers, providing product information and negotiating sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and approach potential clients to generate new sales.
2. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
4. Provide accurate and timely sales reports to the Associate Director for Property Investment.
5. Stay informed about market conditions and competitor products.
Requirements
