Director for Property Investment

The Director for Property Investment is responsible for overseeing specific sales regions or product segments. This role focuses on implementing sales strategies within their designated area and ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop sales plans for assigned regions / segments in alignment with company goals.

2. Lead, coach, and manage a team of Associate Director for Property Investment and Manager for Property Investment.

3. Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategy.

4. Maintain key client relationships and develop new business opportunities.

5. Report on sales performance and forecasts to upper management.
