Job Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure safe, secure, and healthy work environments by enforcing safety standards, procedures, and compliance with legal regulations.
Lead and oversee project planning, including defining project scope, budget estimation, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, selecting, and monitoring their performance to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and conduct feasibility studies for proposed projects.
Coordinate and supervise the activities of staff and subcontractors to meet milestone schedules.
Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications before execution.
Perform on-site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
Attend pre-bid meetings, bidding activities, and client presentations as required.
Implement corrective actions to address issues that may arise during construction.
