As a Booker, you'll be the friendly voice helping our clients create unforgettable travel experiences. You'll handle , accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services with precision and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Arrange hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities based on client requests.
Provide excellent service via phone, email, and in-person.
Understand client needs and offer suitable travel options.
Resolve booking issues and handle travel changes efficiently.
Maintain organized records of bookings and client information.
Stay up-to-date on travel destinations, trends, and supplier offerings.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Sales, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of travel industry best practices.
