Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Content to lead Precondo’s content strategy and oversee our growing content team. This leadership role involves setting the editorial direction, managing content workflows, and ensuring all published content aligns with our brand voice, SEO goals, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to support company goals.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of writers, editors, and content specialists.

Oversee content production across articles, web pages, blogs, and digital campaigns.

Ensure all content is high-quality, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand voice.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Head of Content, Content Director, or similar leadership role.

Strong editorial, writing, and strategic planning skills.

Experience managing remote teams is an asset.

Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
