About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at WizeTalent.
This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process by providing administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will help power our recruitment efforts by ensuring every step of the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently. From scheduling interviews to maintaining our talent systems and communicating with candidates and clients, you'll play a key role in creating seamless, world-class hiring experiences for both our clients and their future team members.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare proposals and documents using PandaDocConduct the first candidate interviewCoordinate and schedule candidate interviews across various time zonesMaintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal trackersPost job openings to internal and external job boards and platformsSupport recruiters in candidate sourcing and initial screening effortsCommunicate with candidates to confirm interview details and follow-upsAssist in the preparation and distribution of recruitment-related documents (e.g., interview guides, offer letters, contracts)Monitor candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment status reports to clientsFacilitate reference checks, integrity analysis, role alignment and skills assessmentsConducting onboarding sessions with clientsProvide general administrative support to the recruitment teamRequirements :
Proven 3+ years of experience in an administrative or HR support role (recruitment experience preferred)Strong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle confidential information with discretionTeam-oriented and customer-service focused approachWhy Join Us?
