Position : Customer Service Representative

Location : Cebu City (Onsite)

Experience : No experience required

Educational Requirement : At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate or two years in college

Responsibilities :

  • Handle incoming customer calls, chats, or emails
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve basic issues
  • Record customer details and interactions accurately

Requirements :

  • SHS graduate or completed at least two years in college
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
