About the Role :
The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing nationwide trade, brand, and event marketing initiatives that strengthen market presence and drive retail performance. This role requires a highly creative and execution-focused leader who can plan, manage, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across physical and digital channels.The ideal candidate has strong experience in consumer electronics, appliances, or audio products and is comfortable managing both high-level strategies and on-ground activations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, lead a small marketing team, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality rollout of all marketing activities.Key
Responsibilities :
A. Trade & Brand Marketing Execution
- Develop and implement strategic trade marketing plans aligned with sales and brand goals.
- Lead nationwide events such as mall activations, dealer conventions, store openings, and company anniversaries.
- Execute end-to-end marketing projects—from planning, budgeting, and vendor sourcing to on-site supervision and post-event evaluation.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and proper use of brand assets across all channels.
B. Campaign Development & Digital Collaboration
Create and execute creative marketing campaigns that drive traffic, awareness, and conversions across traditional and digital touchpoints.Work with sales, product, and digital teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.Coordinate e-commerce marketing activities with platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results and market insights.C. Team Leadership & Vendor Management
Lead, mentor, and support a small marketing team to ensure timely and effective execution of all activities.Manage external suppliers, event organizers, creatives, and agencies.Oversee budgets for trade marketing and ensure cost-efficient delivery of projects.D. Market Insights & On-Ground Management
Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to guide proactive strategic planning.Serve as a hands-on lead during on-ground events, overseeing logistics, execution, and troubleshooting.Travel to Metro Manila and key provincial locations for events and retail activations as needed.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in trade marketing, preferably within consumer electronics, appliances, or audio brands.Proven experience in : — Brand launches and campaign execution— Trade and retail events— Corporate and anniversary event management— Digital and e-commerce marketing initiativesHighly creative, organized, and execution-driven.Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage a small team.Excellent project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Willing to work onsite in Arca South, Taguig and travel for events / activations.
