This is a remote position.

Schedule :

• Mondays to Fridays, flexible between 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm, Boerne, TX
• 20 hours per week
• Client timezone : Central Time

Job Description :

You’ll provide strategic accounting expertise and guidance to support a growing restaurant group’s financial operations. Working collaboratively with the bookkeeping team, you’ll ensure accuracy in complex restaurant accounting matters and provide the high-level financial insights that guide important business decisions. This flexible role offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy for an expanding multi-location restaurant business.

Requirements

Extensive restaurant industry accounting experience with deep understanding of sector complexities Advanced knowledge of restaurant-specific accounting practices including tips, payroll, and inventory management Strong collaborative skills for working with bookkeeping team and providing clear guidance Experience with multi-location restaurant accounting and consolidation preferred Bonus if you have experience with Toast POS, QuickBooks Online, and restaurant tech integrations It helps if you’ve supported growing restaurant groups through expansion phases
