The Finance Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Finance Department by ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and records. The role includes assisting in the preparation, monitoring, and auditing of financial reports, as well as handling communications with internal and external clients.
This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow specific instructions and guidelines. Work is performed under supervision and may be reviewed during and upon completion.
Qualifications :
➼Graduate of any four-year Business-related course (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field)
➼With good analytical and organizational skills
➼Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
➼Keen attention to detail and accuracy
➼Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
➼Strong communication and interpersonal skills
