This is a remote position.
Role Scope :
A multi-disciplinary position covering Finance, HR, Legal, and IT operations to build scalable systems and ensure compliance as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Finance Operations : Manage complex billing, revenue recognition, financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, AR / AP, collections, audits, and compliance.
2. HR Support : Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management initiatives.
3. Legal Coordination : Oversee compliance, contract review, policy development, and risk management.
Compliance Management
Regulatory Compliance : Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations affecting revenue recognition and billing practices
Contract Compliance : Ensure all billing practices comply with contractual obligations and regulatory guidelines
Policy Coordination : Coordinate with legal counsel and management to develop and maintain company policies and procedures
Legal Coordination
4. IT Systems : Optimize billing systems, support integrations, and manage technology implementations.

Requirements
Required :
Strong knowledge of accounting (AR / AP, financial reporting, planning, analysis)
Understanding of audits and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
Excellent problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail
Team-oriented, adaptable, motivated, and aligned with company values (ownership, drive, adaptability, continuous improvement)
Preferred :
1+ year billing / finance experience (service-based or digital agency)
Familiarity with Zoho Books / Analytics / One
Background in HR and talent management
Knowledge of legal compliance and contracts
IT systems integration / implementation experience
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling)
Experience with subscription billing / recurring revenue / payment processors
Willing to work full time, CST Time
