Job Description
Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders accurately.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing.
Prepare or assist in preparing food and beverages, depending on store setup.
Pack takeout orders and ensure accuracy before delivery to customers.
Serve food and drinks according to company standards.
Keep the dining area, counter, and kitchen clean and organized.
Sanitize tables, chairs, utensils, and equipment regularly.
Dispose of trash and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Assist in maintaining food quality and safety guidelines during preparation and service.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and other crew members.
Support other team members during peak hours and busy shifts.
Qualifications
Open for Male and Female candidates
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
Basic math and communication skills.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferably living nearby San Juan City or Quezon City
