A Business Relations Manager (BRM) is responsible for maintaining and developing positive relationships between a company and its clients, partners, or stakeholders. The role focuses on ensuring mutual growth, satisfaction, and long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client needs are met.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any challenges.
Negotiate contracts, renewals, and business agreements.
Prepare and present business reviews and performance reports.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
Support the company’s business development and growth strategies.
Represent the company in networking events, meetings, and conferences.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in client relations, account management, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
