TL AISA : Qualifications :
College graduate or undergraduate of BS Interior Design with background in civil
engineering
Preferably has sales experience with construction materials
Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data
With knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Excellent communication / presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Enthusiastic and passionate
Responsibilities :
Present and sell products used in finishing construction materials
Able to take over and manage some accounts
Remain in regular contact with the client to understand and meet their needs
Hit sales target
Follow and craft detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals
and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Work Location :
Boni Ave., cor San Joaquin St., Mandaluyong
Work Schedule :
8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm, Monday to Saturday

20,000 plus Php3,000 Transportation allowance
