Technical Sales Executive

Location : Mandaluyong

Job Type : Full-time

Work Schedule :

Monday to Saturday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

8-hour shift

Compensation :

Basic Salary : ₱20,000.00 / month

1% sales commission for every closed sale

13th month salary

Qualifications

College graduate or undergraduate of BS Interior Design with a background in Civil Engineering.

Preferably with sales experience in construction materials.

Skilled in negotiation and maintaining accurate sales records.

Knowledgeable in market research, sales processes, and negotiation principles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Enthusiastic, passionate, and goal-driven.

Responsibilities

Present and sell products related to finishing construction materials.

Manage existing client accounts and acquire new ones.

Maintain regular contact with clients to identify and address their needs.

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

Develop and implement detailed business plans to meet predetermined goals and quotas.

Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.

Provide professional after-sales support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
