What you will do

Strategic Planning and Execution

• Lead the annual business planning process in collaboration with HQ.
• Translate corporate strategic objectives into roadmaps across Store Operations, Central Kitchen, Facilities & Management, Construction / Store Development, Marketing, HR, Finance / Accounting / Admin Teams
• Define departmental targets and track progress against KPIs, holding managers accountable for delivery
• Conduct and consolidate monthly business reviews across all departments and present to HQ. Prepare and submit performance reports to brand principals and HQ, with clear follow-through on action points
• Cross-Functional Operations Management
• Oversee daily business operations and ensure strong coordination across all departments
• Provide leadership and direction to managers to ensure aligned execution
• Ensure full implementation and enforcement of Operation policies
• Uphold standards in customer experience, design, and operational discipline as measured by metrics such as mystery shop scores and in-store audits
