Responsibilities
- Oversee vessel operations and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.
- Manage crew activities, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate navigation, safety drills, and emergency response procedures.
- Assist Captain in decision-making and daily operations.
- Maintain ship's documentation and records.
- Ensure cargo handling procedures are executed efficiently and safely.
