QUALIFICATIONS :
- Technical Vocational, Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering Graduate
- Willing to conduct technical sales
- Can drive a service car
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assists the Operations Manager in developing the marketing plan by conducting research through field observation, internet surfing, interviews and review of related literature.Performs telemarketing to set up appointments and presentations. Coordinates with the Admin. Assistant for the schedule of client calls and product servicing.Prepares proposals and other presentation materials for client call. Visits prospective clients to determine their needs and gather baseline data. Conducts presentation to explain products and services. Answers inquiries from prospective clients. Conducts follow up of proposals to ensure all client concerns are properly addressed.Supervises the Service Technician in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment sold to customers. Arranges schedule of trips by Service TechnicianAssists the Operations Manager in preparing billing statement for services rendered to clients. Coordinates with the Admin. Assistant for the follow up of payments.Recommends purchase and procures tools, equipment, parts or components necessary for equipment servicing.Monitors performance of direct reports. Provides coaching or implements training and other development activities to upgrade knowledge and skills of direct report.Implements company rules and regulations.
