MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field
- At least 1 year experience in food manufacturing QA, preferably in soy-based or plant-based foods
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, or equivalent food safety standards
- Familiarity with laboratory testing equipment and quality control systems
- Certification in HACCP, FSSC 22000, or ISO standards (preferred)
