Job Description :
Anytime Fitness is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team in General Santos City, South Cotabato, Philippines. As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our legal team and assisting with various legal tasks and projects.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research and gather information relevant to cases and projects
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
- Assist with case management and maintain case files
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the legal team
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
