The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Analyst (CPA preferred) to join our Finance team. This is a high-impact role designed for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on connecting numbers with business strategy. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver financial insights that support data-driven decisions across markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning : Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts, analyzing performance, risks, and opportunities to drive strategic decisions.
• Sales & Margin Analysis : Monitor sales trends, customer profitability, product mix, and gross margins to provide actionable insights that improve revenue quality and margin performance.
• Inventory Management & S&OP : Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings, review demand plans, and track inventory performance to maintain optimal stock levels, mitigate obsolescence, and support demand planning.
• Commercial Business Partnering : Work closely with commercial teams on pricing reviews, key account planning, and market expansion, ensuring strategies are financially viable.
• Reporting & KPI Management : Deliver accurate management reports and dashboards using SAP and BI tools, providing commentary and insights to stakeholders.
• Ad Hoc Support : Conduct financial viability reviews for new product launches, promotions, and proposals.
