The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across phone, email, and chat channels. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
3. Resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
4. Process orders, requests, returns, and transactions accurately.
5. Maintain and update customer records in CRM and other systems.
6. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
7. Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and service quality standards.
Qualifications :
Excellent fluency in the English language
At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support
6 months of experience in phone, email, and chat support
Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft and CRM tools
Professional, detail-oriented and driven
