SAP FINANCE (Manager - Associate Director)

Role :

We are seeking a visionary and accomplished SAP Finance (FICO) Associate Director to lead strategic SAP S / 4HANA transformation initiatives across global clients. This role demands deep functional and architectural expertise in SAP Finance, strong leadership in delivery and practice development, and a forward-looking approach to leveraging modern SAP offerings such as RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, SAP BTP, and SAP S / 4HANA Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP S / 4HANA Finance transformation programs, overseeing solution strategy, architecture, and delivery execution.
• Define and drive finance transformation roadmaps aligned with Powered Enterprise methodology and SAP best practices.
• Provide thought leadership in SAP Finance innovations including Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Treasury Management.
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to shape business cases, value realization strategies, and digital finance operating models.
• Oversee cross-functional integration across MM, SD, PP, PS, and HR modules, ensuring cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Guide adoption of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP models, including cloud deployment strategies and SAP BTP extensions.
• Lead governance, risk management, and quality assurance across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Mentor senior managers and consultants, fostering capability development and practice growth.
• Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development for strategic SAP opportunities.
• Represent the SAP Finance practice in global forums, client workshops, and innovation councils.
