Overview
Job Purpose : The role sits within the AXA Philippines Retail Propositions team with two key priorities. The first is around fostering a solid partnership between AXA's Global Unit Linked Investment Partner; Architas with Philippines. The second is leading the AXA Group Unit Linked ecosystem rollout in AXA Philippines through architas fund launches, existing fund monitoring / support and crucially, distribution & customer support in strategic priority areas of global investing and ESG. This role will aim to support development of new & existing fund ideas from architas in-line with AXA Philippines requirements, and providing distribution support for Training & Distribution channels to develop investment stories, campaigns and marketing packages for sellers on existing & new solutions.
Responsibilities
- Fund Strategy : New fund development; supporting AXA Philippines with new fund ideas where they leverage architas solutions & packages. Existing fund monitoring; being on-point and familiar with investment performance of existing fund vs. benchmark and peers. Acting as spokesperson and lead for investment solutions to stakeholders, customer and distributions.
- Distributor & Marketing : Providing training & ongoing support for Banca and Agency channels on existing funds, new funds and internals. Leverage Architas marketing, training and educational packages to support Communications roll-out, financial literacy and investment knowledge. Developing Campaigns with Distribution, Retail Propositions and Marketing to support with Global Investing & ESG roll-out.
- Sales : Sales Accountability of volumes / production targets which include assumptions across % share of book and netflows across various AXA products. Positive relationship management feedback and strong NPS scores from Distribution function that reflect positive engagement of strategy. Ownership of regular senior leadership forums with AXA Philippines & AXA Group senior executives, which look to onboard leaders to Unit Linked strategy and action updates.
