Job Summary
The Graphic Artist is responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually appealing designs for print, digital, and social media platforms. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team and other departments to ensure that all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company’s message.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, and promotional materials.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand identity and guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements.
Edit and enhance existing designs based on feedback.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
Daily Tasks / Checklist
Review daily design requests and prioritize workload.
Create and deliver graphic assets for scheduled posts and campaigns.
Update design templates for consistency across platforms.
Communicate with marketing and content teams regarding project updates.
Organize and maintain design files and archives.
Quality-check outputs before submission.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
Portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Requirements
Experience in motion graphics, animation, or basic video editing.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design platforms.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of branding, marketing, and social media design strategies.
