Role Overview
The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care delivery, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. This role involves managing clinic staff, coordinating schedules, supervising clinical procedures, and implementing operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any medical allied course and must be a licensed healthcare professional (PRC).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience , with at least 1 year in a supervisory or people management role within a clinic or healthcare setting
- Proven leadership and team coordination abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, accountable, and results-driven
- Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, and patient service excellence
- Proficient in clinic documentation, reporting, and basic health information systems is a plus
Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day clinic operations to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality patient careLead and coordinate clinic staff including nurses, administrative personnel, and support staffMonitor staff performance, provide regular coaching and feedback, and manage scheduling and attendanceOversee patient flow, appointment scheduling, and service delivery to minimize wait times and improve patient satisfactionEnsure compliance with clinical protocols, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirementsHandle and resolve conflicts among staff or patient concerns in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate clinic documentation, incident reports, and inventory managementFacilitate training and onboarding of new staff membersCoordinate with physicians, external providers, and management for continuous service improvementGenerate and submit operational reports and performance metrics to higher management
