Job descriptionProficiency in Figma is required Proven expertise in Application Design and development principles. VirtueStaff is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Application Designer to lead the design and user experience (UX) for our client. The primary focus of this role will be on application design, translating concepts into functional, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces. The ideal candidate is a specialist in user experience and screen flow design and must be proficient in our core design tool, Figma.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire Application Design process, from initial concept to final mock-ups, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
- Develop comprehensive User Experience Design (UX) strategies, focusing on usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction
- Create detailed Screen Flow Designs, wireframes, and prototypes to map out user journeys and application logic
- Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and project requirements
