With Saturday schedule

Required Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business or any related field

With 6 months to 1 year experience on Sales Manufacturing / Logistics Company

Can communicate verbal and non-verbal communication

With good attitude

Good in verbal and non-verbal communication

With high attendance rate

Computer literate (Excel, Microsoft Office, VLOOKUP)

With pleasing personality

Hardworking

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong customer service orientation and a proactive mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible in answering emails and calls, scheduling, or meeting appointment setting duties.

Monitor the staff's way of handling customers.

Responsible for making reports related to Sales

Immediately and respectfully respond to customer requests, report complaints to immediate supervisor,

and assist in resolving such problems / complaints.
