Required Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
With 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales from Manufacturing, Electronics, or Logistics Industry.
Can communicate verbal and non-verbal communication
With a good attitude
Good in verbal and non-verbal communication
With a high attendance rate
Computer literate (Excel, Microsoft Office, VLOOKUP)
With a pleasing personality
Hardworking
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a proactive mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for answering emails and calls, scheduling, and meeting appointment setting duties.
Monitor the staff's way of handling customers.
Responsible for making reports related to Sales
Immediately and respectfully respond to customer requests, report complaints to the immediate supervisor,
and assist in resolving such problems / complaints.
