HVAC Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands on HVAC maintenance Manager to oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems across our projects and facilities. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure efficient performance of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise the HVAC maintenance team in daily operations, schedules, and assignments
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all HVAC equipment and systems
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC related issues in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency
• Monitor system performance, energy efficiency and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams for HVAC requirements
• Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and recommend system upgrades or replacements as needed
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high technical and safety standards
