Purchasing Manager

Job content : (5 days 8 hours work system)

• Supplier Management : Identify and assess suppliers to ensure they can provide the necessary goods and services. Responsibilities include negotiating contract terms, monitoring supplier performance, and managing supplier relationships.
• Cost-Benefit Analysis : Conduct cost-benefit analyses to address the high volatility of electronic component prices and optimize purchasing decisions. This includes negotiating long-term contracts and utilizing bulk purchasing and futures contracts to secure prices.
• Inventory Management : Maintain appropriate inventory levels to prevent both surplus and shortages. Work closely with sales teams to optimize inventory management.
• Quality Control : Ensure that purchased goods and services meet the company's quality standards. This may involve establishing quality inspection processes and addressing quality issues and returns.
• Strategic Planning : Develop effective procurement strategies that support the company’s overall business goals and strategies. Utilize various electronic procurement tools and systems to enhance the efficiency and transparency of the procurement process.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks associated with purchasing electronic components, such as supplier financial stability, geopolitical risks, and the risk of technological obsolescence, and develop corresponding risk mitigation strategies.
