We’re seeking a strategic product leader to revolutionize education—not with incremental features, but through systemic transformation. As our AI Product Director for Education, you'll own the mission of measurably improving how students learn worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Education Domain Strategy : Own and evolve the master “Education Domain BrainLift” – the strategic blueprint that synthesizes market insights, learning science, and AI capabilities into a cohesive vision directing all product decisions.
• Drive Portfolio-Level Impact : Translate your strategic vision into an outcome-driven roadmap that creates compounding value across our entire product ecosystem, clearly articulating the “why” behind every initiative.
• Lead Through Execution Excellence : Set the standard as a player‑coach by personally driving critical outcomes while mentoring your team of Product Owners to sharpen their execution and ensure portfolio-wide coherence.

Working with Us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $200 USD / hour, which equates to $400,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The
