JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Office / Site Engineer provides technical & administrative support to the others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction; trouble-shoots engineering related problems. Documenting project issues / conditions Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Project Management
- Assist in project planning and scheduling ensuring that projects are completed on time and within the budget
- Oversee construction activities to ensure that work is carried out according to approved plans and specifications
- Monitor and inspect construction progress to identify and address any issue of discrepancies
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
- Monitor project cost and expenses, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to the budget.
- Identify cos-saving opportunities and suggest alternatives to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, equipment and supplies.
- Manage inventory and ensure that adequate resources are available for project execution
- Identify and resolve technical and logistical issues that may arise during construction.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports on project status, milestone and any issues.

Comply with the company policies and participate in the company programs and activitiesPerform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering CourseMust have at least 1 year of work experience in the same capacity and / or in the same industryMust have a deep understanding of project management and construction and the ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Must have the following skills, abilities and attributes : good oral and written communication, organization; with high sense of confidentiality and anticipation, high level of trustworthiness and integrity, attention to details, resourceful, creative and analytical.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer application.
