Associate Director - Finance SAP FICO

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S / 4HANA programs involving SD and Finance modules, ensuring seamless cross-functional integration.
• Define and drive solution strategy, roadmap, and architecture for Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes.
• Design integrated business processes covering sales order management, billing, revenue recognition, financial postings, and reporting.
• Collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business transformation goals and industry best practices.
• Guide adoption of RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and SAP Activate methodology across delivery engagements.
• Oversee integration touchpoints including pricing, tax, revenue accounting, credit management, and financial reconciliation.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and high-level design sessions across SD and FICO domains.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
• Mentor senior consultants and managers, and contribute to practice development and capability building.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
