Senior Accountant- Assistant Manager

About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled accounting professionals to join our dynamic and growing Finance Team. This role is critical in supporting our expansion in the Southeast Asian market and serving investors from next-generation financial technology sectors. The ideal candidate is a CPA with strong experience in financial reporting, compliance, and taxation, preferably with exposure to asset management or fund accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AR / AP, payroll, and tax filings.

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and audit requirements.

Ensure compliance with national and local tax, legal, and accounting regulations.

Support internal and external audits with complete documentation.

Maintain organized accounting systems and provide client support on accounting concerns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.

At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).

Prior auditing firm experience is a strong advantage.

Experience in fund accounting, brokerage, or mutual funds highly desirable.

Solid knowledge of taxation compliance and filing.

Familiarity with financial services, asset management, and trading systems (e.g., Bloomberg) is a plus.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
