Head of Finance (Consumer Goods)

We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to oversee the overall financial management and strategy of the organization. The Head of Finance will play a key role in driving business performance, ensuring sound financial governance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the company’s finance operations, including accounting, controllership, FP&A, and treasury.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and guide key strategic initiatives.

Ensure strong internal controls and risk management practices are in place.

Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA qualification preferred.

At least 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, with proven leadership in controllership, FP&A, or business finance roles.

Experience in FMCG or consumer goods industries highly preferred.

Highly preferred candidates within Davao.

Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
