Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role : Brand Designer

Schedule : 40 hours a week, flexible in MST business hours, Monday - Friday

As the Brand Designer, you will create high-quality, professional branding packages for real estate agents and entrepreneurs. This includes logos, brand style sheets, mood boards, and complete visual identity systems that make clients stand out in their markets.

This role blends creativity, design execution, and AI-driven innovation. Your primary focus will be branding, but you will also support the team with a variety of design needs such as thumbnails, social media graphics, lead magnets, e-books, and PDFs. Funnel design experience is a strong bonus. The position starts on a per-project basis, with strong performers moving quickly into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

Design complete brand packages (logos, style sheets, mood boards, color palettes, typography).

Create supporting assets such as thumbnails, graphics, carousels, social media posts, lead magnets, e-books, and PDFs.

Collaborate with the team to interpret client intake forms into strategic, creative brand identities.

Use AI tools (MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) to boost creativity, speed, and quality.

Revise and refine assets based on client / team feedback.

Provide deliverables in the correct formats for digital and print use.

Maintain creative consistency across all brand and supporting assets.

(Bonus) Apply funnel design skills if you have experience with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.

Day-to-Day Execution

Review client brand intake forms and brainstorm creative directions.

Build mood boards and style guides for client approval.

Design logos, typography, and color systems for brand identities.

Produce supporting design assets (thumbnails, graphics, PDFs, etc.).

Package brand deliverables into polished brand style sheets.

Perform quality checks on all design work before delivery

Use AI to generate variations, concepts, and mockups for faster workflows.

Requirements

Proven experience in brand identity design (portfolio required).

Strong skills in logo design, typography, color theory, and visual systems.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.

Familiarity with AI design tools (MidJourney, Firefly, etc.) for creative efficiency.

Experience with a wide range of design outputs : thumbnails, graphics, social posts, lead magnets, PDFs, e-books.

(Bonus) Experience in funnel design (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Webflow, etc.).

Passion for creativity, design trends, and producing polished deliverables.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently with deadlines.
