Making sure the company's brand is presented consistently and effectively, both online and offline. Oversee campaigns, promotion and live selling activities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of branding activities (campaigns, events, promotions)
Supervise staff involved in brand promotion, merchandising and customer engagement
Ensure all marketing materials, collaterals and content follow brand guidelines
Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and influencers for brand -related projects
Monitor brand visibility and performance in both physical stores and online platforms
Analyze campaign outcome and prepare reports for management review
Support procurement and logistics in securing branded material and event supplies
Provide training, coaching, or guidance to staff on brand presentation and customer engagement
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business ad or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing or retail supervision.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Excellent communication ang interpersonal skills. Can work under pressure.
