Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Provide first-line support for employee inquiries and HR policy questions.
Managing performance review cycles and documentation.
Provide employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Manage compliance tasks, including labor law and policy updates.
Lead HR-related projects such as policy rollouts, system implementations, and engagement surveys.
Monitor project budgets and escalate risks or issues as needed.
Create project documentation and presentation for HR-related projects.
Manage in creating reports and presentations for ManCom and OpsCom, and other relevant meetings of HR.
